Our optional newsletter form collects your email address and consent for future Studio Valenne interior-inspiration emails. No newsletter is being sent yet.

Cloudflare Pages hosts and protects this website. Delivering pages and preventing abuse involves technical request data, which can include IP addresses, browser information and requested URLs. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website for necessary technical processing.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed outside Sweden and the EEA under its applicable data protection arrangements. Its policies explain its processing, retention and international transfer safeguards. Newsletter signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database restricted to the EU. We do not export request logs into an analytics system.
When you choose to join the newsletter, we store your normalized email address, signup time, consent wording version, the form location and an unverified pending status. Consent is the basis for this processing. Signing up does not verify ownership of the address; a verification process will be required before newsletter sending begins.
After a new signup, we provide a private removal link. Save it to delete that signup and withdraw consent through the newsletter preferences page. Only a hash of its random token is stored. A repeated signup does not replace the original link. We will review the pending list after six months and remove old pending records; the signup service also removes pending records older than 180 days when it processes requests.
To limit abuse, the service temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from the connecting IP address and a ten-minute window, with an attempt count. It does not store raw IP addresses in the newsletter database. Expired counters are removed when the service processes further requests; records can remain during idle periods until the next request or maintenance. Cloudflare may separately process technical data to protect its services.
Links to merchants take you to independent websites. Their privacy and cookie policies apply there. Amazon affiliate links include an identifier that allows Amazon to attribute qualifying purchases to Studio Valenne. Amazon may use cookies or other tracking under its own policies after you follow a link.
Depending on the circumstances, data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use your private removal link to erase a newsletter signup. We will update this notice before adding analytics or newsletter sending.
